CODA Design is the business name of Christopher Allen

- a freelance graphic designer and videographer. I'm Chris.

Design and Videography

I have a a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wichita State University and a two year degree in video production from Hutchinson Community College. I've been a professional designer and videographer since 2001, and I've worked for Office Max, Lowen Sign, the Print Source. I've taught design at ITT, and the Technical College in Clinton, Missouri. I've contracted with companies as varied as Newspapers, Veterinarians, Tech companies, and schools for the blind.

I know my way around both Corel and Adobe Programs.

I've been doing web design since 1996, starting out on Notepad. I've made several websites from scratch, and expanded into CMS sites such as Wordpress and Joomla in recent years. I've kept up with all of the upgrades in languages, because if you can't make a site from scratch, your CMS site will look very plain.

I have a two year degree in video production, with work in journalism, product informational video, live shooting at events, and showcases like weddings.

I have years of experience in the printing industry. I've done prepress and vinyl plotting design. I hae the ability to make vinyl decals in my house, as I've got a plotter. The largest sign I ever did was 20 feet x 16 feet.

I've been working with 3D since 1999, when I was in college. I've recreated circuit boards for client demonstrations, and lots of skeletons doing silly things for a chiropractor.
